First, you register as a user. This is a free service allowing you to access our database of foods and plan your meals accordingly. The application provides a daily reflection, informing you on how you're doing with energy intake and the volume of nutrients.

Lost In Numbers?

Yes, it's a numbers game, and when you crunch the right numbers, you win. If you are unsure, we will set your desired numbers. We have the experience and we know what the body requires. Fill out the questionnaire, honestly and complete.

What Should I Eat?

Based on the data you provide, we determine your daily intake of nutrients and energy. From here, you will know what your daily goals and/or limits are. It's simple - eat enough to meet the prescribed values at 85-100%.


Am I Doing It Right?

No more, no less. Once or twice per week, we will comment on your progress and if necessary, improve your direction. It’s no coincidence, it’s science, and we will inspire ideas for specific foods to meet your optimal intake.

What Is Correct?

You are not alone when it comes to menu preparation, and the education you gain is valuable. We recalibrate basic nutritional knowledge and eliminate common nutritional myths. In the end, you will be sure what, when and how to successfully plan a healthy lifestyle.

Shall We Take Charge?

No problem! We will be in contact with you twice a week, identifying and correcting any dietary mishaps, while offering additional recipes and healthy eating tips. This service provides ideal conditions for long-term improvements towards your eating habits.
